Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or booking a service through BikeFixOn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

BikeFixOn connects customers with independent mechanics for doorstep two-wheeler maintenance and repair. We facilitate the booking, scheduling, and payment for these services; the mechanic performs the actual work.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• A booking is confirmed once you complete the booking flow and receive a booking ID.
• You may cancel a booking from your account before a mechanic reaches your location, at no charge.
• Once a mechanic has reached your location or started work, the booking can no longer be cancelled through the app — contact support instead.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking (e.g. mechanic unavailability) and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices shown at the time of booking are final and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Spare parts, if required, are billed separately at MRP with your approval before being fitted. Payment is due via the method selected at booking — cash on delivery or online payment, where available.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate address, vehicle, and contact details.
• Be reasonably available at the scheduled slot to receive the mechanic.
• Ensure your vehicle is safe to work on and disclose any known issues relevant to safety.

6. Liability

We work with vetted, independent mechanics, but BikeFixOn is a platform facilitating the booking — the mechanic is responsible for the quality of work performed. Report any issue with completed work within a reasonable time so we can help resolve it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the emergency/SOS feature, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
